The Planet Pluto
Crosses the Ecliptic

Pluto will cross the Ecliptic (the imaginary celestial plane formed by the Earth's orbit around the Sun), moving from the northern hemisphere into the southern hemisphere on Tuesday, October 30th at 6:13 am (PDT).

Yes, Pluto is a planet! It is the most profound planet in our solar system. Pluto is a deeply spiritual, evolutionary planet. It is the planet of death and rebirth. (i.e.: The ending of old ways of being, allowing the birth of a new and expanded awareness and way of being.) Pluto serves our collective and individual evolution by showing us where we have blocks to the awareness of our Oneness. It helps us to unify with all beings and all things. It serves us by purifying the ego. Sometime this is done through a transformational process that is not always pleasant. What makes it unpleasant is our resistance and judgment of the process.

Pluto is in the Sign of Capricorn as it crosses the Ecliptic. Pluto is in Capricorn (from January 2008 – November 19, 2024) representing a condition wherein an entire chapter or cycle of evolutionary development has come to a close and another has begun. This evolutionary development can apply to countries as well as individuals.

With individuals, there is a need to learn how to integrate philosophy and identity within the Collective Consciousness that is made up by the framework of a society, culture or nation. Just as a country has borders that define its relationship or position with respect to other countries, so too does the individual have a position, place or function within his or her country.

On a national level, it is interesting to remember that Pluto is in the sign of Capricorn in the United States Chart. If the United States continues in the direction it is currently going, it will "fall from grace" (which appears to be happening now), and may not maintain the world power status that it used to be; instead, it could become one nation among many. This would force a restructuring of the national Soul so that a new collective self-image can evolve. The national sense of security linked with being a world power will have to change as a result of this evolutionary necessity, causing a breakdown and transformation of the structures that have been created with a foundation in fear. The last time Pluto crossed the ecliptic traveling north to south was July 2, 1770, the day after Comet Lexell made the closest approach to Earth of any comet in recorded history. This was also exactly six years prior to the signing of the Declaration of Independence and the birth of America.

The new generation that is being born with Pluto in Capricorn will manifest dynamic, practical will in organization, business, and government. This will be based on the concept that all human beings must be given a chance to develop their own potential according to their ability and self-discipline.

 

Now is the time to take a deep and honest look at the structures and commitments that we have in place and ask ourselves if these commitments and structures are serving our highest good and the highest good of Humanity. If not, it is time to transform them or let them go.

We are experiencing increasingly intense earth changes and storms becoming more and more destructive with the climate changes. We are witnessing the extinction of many plants, animals and healthy, chemical-free food around the globe. Politics are ugly. The energy of fear seems to be dominating this world.……and yet, even within all of this chaos, there exists a constant Essence of Love.

Albert Einstein said that a problem cannot be solved from the same level that it manifested from. That is because of The Universal Law of Attraction and The Law of Vibration. The vibration of the solution is different than the vibration of the problem. We discover the solution through surrendering our ego to Source/God and asking for Divine Guidance.

The Dalai Lama said that in order to save the world, we must first meditate. When we meditate, we are in that quantum realm of ultimate perfection where forces are realigned beyond what the mortal mind can formulate; beyond what the mortal mind can see; with the level of form and manifestation where miracles occur. By doing this and surrendering ourselves to the consciousness and essence of Love, we will be shown what to do. God cannot do for us, what He cannot do through us. So now is the time to say, "Dear God, use me. Use my mouth. Use my mind. Use my talents. Use my abilities. Use my expertise. Use my skills. Use my relationships. God use me!" And you know what He will say? "I will." (**)

We are at a critical 'Choice Point' in time, when we must make the most important commitment of our lives. Do we choose to live and create life from our natural state of being – which is "Love", or do we make choices from our ego way of being – which is "Fear".

Love is what we were born with. Fear is what we have learned here. It is a choice that we make in every moment, whether it is made consciously or unconsciously.

This is a time of miracles. The power of Spirit will joyously work through all who surrender and ask to be used as an instrument of Love and Light. Do not allow the world and your ego to distract you; let go and let God's Love guide you.
